This is a small space (350 sq.ft interior plus large front deck), so is best suited for a single person. -Kitchen is complete with an apartment size free-standing electric stove/oven, one mini refrigerator (or two stacked for more fridge space), kitchen sink/counter, plus a separate bathroom. -Bathroom includes all amenities including toilet, sink, and stall shower. -Electric heat only. -Washer and dryer hook-ups are installed for a washer/dryer set-up, and machines are not provided at this time. -Satellite internet or a wireless hotspot are the only available options for wi-fi on this road and is the responsibility of the tenant. Only minutes to the plaza, but in a rural residential zone on the north end of town. A cat is ok. Sorry, no dogs. There's already one well behaved dog on the property and we cannot allow another. Trash pick-up is provided and paid by the owner. Tenant is responsible for their own recycling, as well as keeping recycling clean and tidy so as not to attract rodents and other wildlife. We have ample wildlife on this hillside including raccoon, bear, deer, wild turkey, mice, ect. and receive visitors often.
