Notes: As you can see from the images this is a ground/sub level apartment that is part of a single family home. The apartment has its own private entry on the side of the home. No spaces except the parking area are shared. You access the driveway/parking via an unpaved alleyway maintained by the city. We have no issues navigating the alleyway with our vehicles (some which sit low to the ground) but those who prefer only smooth, paved pathways for their cars may not prefer this location. Ample/easy off street parking for two cars, potentially three if smaller vehicles. We would not recommend this unit for those coming and going from intensive medical treatments as the path to the unit door from the parking area is several steps via a pea gravel path.
