Lost keys will incur a replacement fee. No tampering with smoke detectors, fire extinguishers, locks, or security cameras. Immediately report any safety hazards or suspicious activity to management. 2. Respect for Others Quiet hours are 10:00 PM 7:00 AM. During these hours, limit noise from TVs, music, phone calls, and conversations. No harassment, verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation toward residents or staff. Do not enter another resident's room without permission. 3. Cleanliness & Chores Keep your personal area clean and free of trash. Wash all personal dishes immediately after use. Bathrooms and kitchens must be cleaned immediately after each use. Laundry must be done at least once per week. Trash must be disposed of in designated receptacles only. 4. Bathroom & Common Area Use Limit bathroom use to 10 minutes, including showers. No congregating in front or on the sides of the property. Common areas are for respectful, shared use clean up after yourself. 5. Prohibited Items & Behaviors No smoking inside the property. Smoking is allowed only in the backyard. No possession, use, or distribution of drugs, alcohol, or non-prescribed medication. No weapons of any kind, including firearms, large knives, or tasers. No burning candles, incense, or use of open flames indoors. No illegal activities, including misuse of Wi-Fi or illegal downloads. 6. Food & Personal Property Label and store personal food items in assigned areas only. Management is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. All personal belongings must be kept in your designated space, not in common areas. 7. Guests & Visitors No visitors without prior written approval from management. Guests may not stay overnight without management approval. You are responsible for the actions of your guests at all times. 8. Relocation & Termination COMPANY Shared Living may relocate residents to other locations at its discretion. Management may terminate residency immediately for serious rule violations, including violence, drug use, property destruction, or threats.
