We tell everyone we live in suburb light Atlanta - 15 minutes away from the traffic in the center of Atlanta, but still walking distance to our cute little Kirkwood neighborhood center with a coffee shop, amazing bakery, local wine shop and restaurants! We also live a 5 minute walk from the grocery store and biking distance or a short drive away from lots of other great neighborhoods like Decatur, East Atlanta, and Grant Park. We have a big fenced in back yard with multiple porches (one off the master), a grill, patio set, and shade in the warmer months. Yard service will come to take care of the property once a month.
