These devices only detect elevated noise levels and smoke; they do not record audio or video. Exterior security cameras: Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property and actively record for security purposes. There are no cameras inside the home. Parties, events and unauthorized gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is not permitted inside the home.
