Walkable to Truist Park/The Battery 2. About 15 minutes drive to Midtown/Georgia Tech 3. Minute to I-75 and I-285 4. Close to Vining, Sandy Springs, Smyrna, Marietta, and Atlanta 5. Lots of restaurants and coffee/breakfast spots nearby I'm looking for a single young professional (male or female) who is clean, respectful, and also drama-free. No smoking, no drugs, no pets.
