It's fully furnished, 600 sq ft on second and third floor, one bedroom, one bath on third floor. Second floor is a full kitchen, a small dining and living area, and study. The morning and evening light can be amazing! Pets are okay with deposit. Residence is on 2nd and 3rd floor. Laundry available on first floor (shared space). All bills paid. Deposit and first month's rent is due before occupancy. Small pets allowed (yard is not completely fenced) with $500 deposit. Absolutely no smoking, incense, or similar indoors. Off street parking.
