Private room on the second floor of the house with a personal loft area and a study room/ office space. Spacious living room and kitchen located downstairs, ample sunlight entering the house- bright atmosphere that fosters good energy (at least for me!). Big beautiful yard (where you can catch beautiful sunsets), full Austin skyline view near entrance of the community. The house is located 15 minutes away from Mueller Neighborhood (kind of like a small downtown area with bars, bakeries, coffee shops, restaurants- including my fav Ramen restaurant! and the prettiest HEB, after the one at lake Austin ofc). I lived here for 5 years while I went to school at UT Austin and so did my room mates, lots of amazing memories were made and we had an amazing time here, I am sure whoever stays here next will have a similar experience :) Minimum lease length: 6 months, you have the ability to extend the lease. Keep all spaces neat and clean.
