We welcome you to this bedroom that is furnished with a full bed that has a 15" mattress, storage drawers underneath, a workstation and basic Steelcase chair, and a closet. This room is on the 2nd floor with a north-facing window overlooking the backyard, providing views with over 80 ft of space to the neighboring house. A narrow man-made reservoir sits between our backyard and the next property. You'd be sharing the house with four people, adding up to a total of 5 rooms in the house. You also must be okay with no smoking, no weed inside or anywhere on the property. The house is not pet-friendly. We are seeking someone who is respectful and considerate of others in the house, particularly when using the shared areas after 10pm. Cleaning up after ourselves is standard, and we divide regular household cleaning tasks among everyone - you'll be expected to participate too. If you are trying to use the bathroom and the one other person you share the bathroom with is using it, then you are welcome to use the second shared bathroom on the first floor. Laundry machines are on the first floor. Parking is available on the driveway and on the street. There are currently two male long-term tenants who live in rooms near the kitchen on the first floor. Both have normal work schedules. The home sits in an excellent family-friendly neighborhood near HEB and various restaurants/bars, with convenient McNeil Rd access to 183.
