This is a small condo complex with an outdoor corridor and private entrance to each unit. The main bedroom is downstairs next to the patio and the 2nd bedroom is up a spiral staircase into the loft. Youre 7 mins away from downtown and just a 2 minute drive (or 10 minute walk) down to Lakeshore. You can run the boardwalk, eat at local eateries, and visit East 6th or downtown in just a few minutes.The condo shares one side with a neighbor with the other side open. You get a decent amount of sunlight through the patio because of this and theres very little noise. The property is great in that its a small condo complex so the open corridor is a beautiful, quiet space.We are pet friendly and charge a $30 non-refundable pet fee.
