• Kitchen Use: Please help keep the kitchen space usable and clean for other guests, including the dishes, stove surface, and the floor. No smoking is allowed inside the premises at any time. Evidence of smoking, including but not limited to cigarette butts, ash residue, or the smell of smoke, will result in a $100 fine. We kindly ask guests to respect this rule to ensure a pleasant environment for all visitors. Failure to comply with the no-smoking policy may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund. We ask that all guests observe the house quiet hours. If we receive a noise violation, if not corrected within a 30 minute timeframe of being requested to quiet down. There will be a $100 fee.
