Fully furnished home with large fenced back yard. The furniture must stay in the home. It is in great condition and is cleaned regularly. The mattresses are brand new. You can bring your own mattress if you wish. Moving the furniture elsewhere in the home is prohibited. You will be provided a safe living condition and very safe neighborhood. the yard is maintained by the landlord. Snow removal is minimal since it does not snow very much here anymore. Background check will be performed as well as credit checks. I will also be checking references. You will absolutely love this home due to the very large fence backyard for any pets you may have. There are dishes, pots, and pans, forks, and knives and anything else that you would need in this home for your comfort and liking. I will rent this property on a month-to-month basis or up to a year. The lease is month-to-month. I will also do a 3-12 month lease. I will not accept credit cards for payment. I will accept money orders, cash, checks, or Venmo. Credit scores and background checks will be performed prior to move-in. Prospective tenant(s) must be able to afford/pay electric, gas, garbage cost, and water. The landlord will care for the lawn, sewer, and the internet. I'm not able to accept HUD or Section 8 housing at this time.
