For rent are a couple rooms (~220 sft) in a three floor townhouse less than a block away from the Avenue in Hampden (36th and Roland Ave). I can furnish a room if desired. The furniture in the house has changed from the pictures. The house has a large living room/kitchen, along with a dishwasher, central AC, washer/dryer, small backyard, and a large unfinished basement for storage. The appliances are higher end, the kitchen is very well outfitted, and a large garage is being set up as workshop that has a 3D printer, CNC machine, plus metal/woodworking tools (welder, bandsaw, drillpress, etc.) that could be shared. Utilities would be split and there are 1.5 bathrooms that would be shared. I'm flexible on lease terms and clean grad students/young working professionals have been a very good fit in the past. There is a 50lbs, 8yr old dog that lives at the house now who has previously lived with both cats and other dogs. I'm happy to give in person/video tours and answer any questions about the space!
