Building has an elevator Wood burning stove in living room (but unit has baseboard heat in all rooms) Only 16 units in the building with nice neighbors Covered parking for 2 vehicles Smallish designated storage unit in garage 2 built in storage units on the deck Shared bike storage in front entrance of the building There is a communal/shared very well maintained jacuzzi in the back of the building, very private Front entry has a code, so very safe Landlord pays for water & snow removal Other utilities are not included. The condo runs on electricity (no gas) Landlord pays water & snow removal, trash Renter responsible for all other utilities (WiFi, electric, cable) No smoking in condo or on deck. No parties, this is a quiet building First and last month rent + security deposit + $200 move in fee (required by HOA)
