So while this rental is for 1 bedroom in a shared house, you would actually get 2 rooms with this rental if you'd like, both the master bedroom and one of the other bedrooms for use as on office, project space, guest bedroom, etc. The master bedroom has it's own full bathroom, shelving built into the walls and a very large walk-in closet. The room also has two large doors that open up to the back patio/backyard. The second bedroom is a bit smaller, has a decent sized closet and shelving built into the walls as well. I do also have a home gym with elliptical, weights, chin-up bar, etc that you'd have full access to using if you'd like! The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with a large, beautiful backyard, great for just relaxing in or hosting get-togethers. I'm not certain if the location will show up on the Zillow map, if not the house is located right across the street from Liberty High School off of Lee between Perkins and Highland. This is a shared living space with just myself, and as you may be able to tell from the pictures, I am a piano teacher and do teach piano from home. Finding someone who is comfortable with lessons happening here (usually between 3:30-7:30 pm on weekdays with occasional lunchtime lessons a couple of days a week as well) is of the utmost importance to me, so if everything else about the rooms and house looks appealing to you, please contact me and we can talk at length about how lessons here work.
