    * Cozy upstairs bedroom with a walk-in closet and plenty of built-in wood pieces, including: a desk, a TV center, and bookcase with bed alcove. * A TV wall mount already is already installed for screens that can't fit in the built-in TV center. * The room can be semi-furnished with the foldable bed frame at no extra cost. Due to the narrow width of the room and the built-in alcove, it was challenging finding a bed that fits the space. We also have three mattress options, again at no extra cost: regular full size memory foam mattress (which might need a box spring since it's thinner); regular queen size mattress; or the pictured foldable thick memory foam mattress (which is bigger than full size but shorter than queen size). However, the frame can be used with your own mattress or we can remove the frame entirely as well. EDIT: The move-in/move-out dates listed below are flexible, we're just trying to demonstrate we're ok with a summer lease, a ~6mo lease, or a year lease. Lease Term Options: * June 1st, 2025 June 1st, 2026 (no dep) * June 1st, 2025 Dec 31st, 2025 (no dep) * June 1st, 2025 July 31st, 2025 (with added $500 deposit and must be ok with room being shown to potential lessors) NOTE: Preference will be given to those interested in signing longer lease terms
