Pets accepted on a case-by-case basis with a $250 Non-refundable pet deposit. First and last months rent due at move-in ($3,195) and the refundable security deposit ($1,500) can be paid on terms. This is a small living space and would be ideal for a small family or single person. The inside of the trailer measures 56' long and 11'6 wide and has recently had windows replaced and all new tile and hardwood laminate flooring installed throughout and a bathroom update with energy efficient toilet and on-demand water heater as well as the added wood burning stove in addition to the forced-air electric heat (throughout the main house only). Range and Refrigerator are provided. The is a laundry room but tenant must provide Washer and Dryer (There are currently both in the unit but the washer doesn't agitate). There is very little storage and the septic system was designed for a single person. We replaced the entire drainage and leechfield in 2020 but it is still only capable of sustaining 1-2 adults and 1-2 children but no more than 3 people total. Please do not reply if you are over this limit. There is an addition built onto one side of the trailer (10'x18') which consists of a bonus room (9' x 11') with a closet as well as a pantry/mudroom (5 1/2' x 6') and I typically reserve this for my use (which is minimal) but can negotiate use of it for the tenant. The main house has two bedrooms and one bathroom. The yard is just under 1/2 acre see description below. The lot is fairly treed with lots of brush and Tahuya State Forest abuts to the North and the West of the development. The trailer sits on one end (65') of a long lot (245' of road frontage and 275' that abuts to an adjoining lot) that is almost a half of and acre and abuts to the Mission Creek on the other end (85'). The creek is completely accessible and runs year round. There is currently a storage container in the main portion of the yard that will remain indefinitely and is not accessible to the tenant. The lot sits on a corner lot of dead end roads about 1 1/2 miles from Belfair State Park at the very end of the Hood Canal, which is about 3 miles from Belfair proper. There is a boat ramp about 8 miles beyond the state park for saltwater recreation. Lots of nearby recreational activities which include: boating, swimming, fishing, hiking, camping, hunting and motocross trails all within a 10 minute drive and it's a 30 minute drive to Bremerton which is a 45 minute ferry ride to Seattle. Owner pays water & sewage. Tenant responsible for mowing the small amount of grass and maintaining blackberries only. The yard must be maintained annually or biannually and has a small (mostly immature) fruit orchard and berry/potato patch but a more substantial vegetable garden is negotiable. Periodic landscaping will be provided by owner if necessary.
