This is available ASAP :) Unfurnished bedroom available, however, shared space is fully furnished with nicer furniture. Almost everything you would ever need kitchen-wise is shared as well! There's also a 2nd fridge/ freezer in the garage. You have a shared bathroom with a late 20's male that works a typical 9-5. He's out of town every other week as well. The last roommate is a mid 20's student renting the master bedroom. Bedrooms and laundry room are upstairs with another 1/2 bath downstairs. The hope is that you'll meet the other two guys to see if theres a good fit! Rent is $900 and there's a fixed $150 for Utilities, including high-speed internet. ($1050 monthly). $1050 Security deposit makes it $2100 for move-in. There's some flexibility on the lease term, however, a 6 month term that leads into a month-to-month is preferred. Sorry but we cannot consider couples, pets or cigarette smoking. 420 outside is ok. 6 month lease preferred
