New 2600 sq ft home on an acre built Aug. 2023 w/ a spacious (12' -6" x 11' -4") quiet back bedroom with a detached shared bath, double sink, 1 side all yours. Mini fridge in room and 1 shared fridge/freezer in kitchen and 1 shared fridge/freezer in garage. Bike stored in garage, ok and kayak on side yard, ok. Any other storage needed, you will need to get a storage unit. The house is a spacious 5 bdrm/3 ba house w/a laundry room and plenty of parking just 1 mile from Old Mill, close to Walmart & Fred Meyer and walking distance to the river. Housemates are 3 females over 40 and 2 sweet female dogs. Your room has always been dog free. We are by the canal and trails by Deschutes River and about 3 min from Century Dr. that takes you up to Mt. Bachelor if you are here to enjoy the ski season. **Application/Background check and references required, paid by you through Zillow Room for rent: Month to month lease, 1175.00 a mo rent, utilities included, 1000 deposit, 600 moves you in and 400.00 can be made in pymts over 4 mo, added to rent. If you need to charge your EV or run an electric fireplace or run a air unit in the summer, that is an additional 40.00 per item. Been there, done that, it gets expensive. Deal Breakers: No smoking inside the house, we have a front and back patio for that. No Pets. (I have 2 dogs) This is not a party house, but we do gather for cocktails occasionally Friday or Saturday nights and sometimes enjoy food, movies or music together. No heavy drinkers or drugs or you will be asked to leave. 420 friendly, outside. Be clean and respectful to the house and others. Coordinate cleaning schedule with roommates for shared spaces such as your bathroom shared with 1 other roommate, (Vacuum) Living room if you use it, kitchen/dining room (countertops and floors), laundry room and patios. Coordinate laundry days w/ roommates. We all take turns taking the trash out and rolling the cans down to the curb on trash day. In Spring/Summer we all pitch in to pull weeds or use the weeder and pick up Pine cones, in the winter we all take turns shoveling snow off the walkway and make a path on a portion of the driveway. No disruptive noises after 9:30pm during the week (Sun - Thursday). On occasion, a guest on the weekends are fine or if you have family visiting with prior notice. 2 full time working professionals, 1 retired and 2 very well behaved female dogs of which I just rescued one. All are clean and respectful and we get along very well. Weekends, I go back and forth to BF's in Southern OR and some weekends he's here.
