Front porch (morning sun), small side deck, front yard, and attached garage (+ driveway). Note: pet care while I am away would never fall on roommate. I have a long-term professional pet care provider who would drop in to feed/clean litter, etc. Seeking long term roommate, 1 person only Not a sublet nor short term rental. This is a long-term lease addition. Current lease runs through November 30, 2026, with the option to renew for a full year at that time. I do have one senior, indoor-only cat. Due to her age and our specific lease agreement, no additional pets can be considered.
