Landlady lives with daughter in the main residence on the property. The neighborhood is friendly, safe and quiet. It is close to downtown Berkeley [10 min walk to downtown, Berkeley Central or North Berkeley BART]. Included in the rent is garbage, water and gas plus access to my internet; however, electricity is not included and the unit has a separate meter.
