Peace full and quiet neighborhood with a wouderful view of the water fountain. You have option of a one year lease or month to month. Rent on year lease would be 2400 a month. Rent on a month to month lease would be 2600 a month. Serious inquirys only please. This is great spot for someone by them self or even a couple. We do allows animals how ever there will be a one time pet depoist of 500 that will not be refundable. We require last month rent upfront with a 1000 security depoist. The 1000 security depoist will be returned once you have moved out. If you choose a year lease but termante the lease before the one year is up that will automacilly forefit depoist. Come see in person see if it fits your needs . There is a one time 50 dollar application fee and back round check that is due at time of turning in application.
