My current roommate has situated it into a private living area on one half (sofa, tv, book shelf) and her bedroom on the other. In the second floor bedroom she's made an office/guest bedroom. You can use these spaces however you please. The rest of the house is shared and decorating changes are welcome if you need. There's a large patio and garden with a one car garage in the back. Storage space in the basement is also available. Dishwasher, in unit washer and dryer, gas stove, deep freezers, off street parking for three cars and a fenced in yard. I have a cleaning crew come once a month to tidy the shared spaces and kitchen. If you have any interest in the doing your bedrooms it can be added for a fee! The house is smoke/vape free. Available Dec 1st Rent is $1085, that is the 50/50 split. There is a pet rent if you have pets. All parking on property is free.
