GETTING AROUND This house is only a five-minute walk from the beach, a ten-minute bike ride to the nearest casino, and less than 3 miles to the Mississippi Coast Coliseum and Convention Center. There are many other activities close by such as golfing, fishing, world class live music, gambling, carting, and water sports. It's located near downtown Biloxi with short drives to neighboring communities such as Ocean Springs and Gulfport. At just 5 minutes distance you'll find supermarkets and shops, as well as the Edgewater Mall. GETTING THERE This house is an easy 25 minute drive from the Gulfport airport (GPT). It is also under 2 hours to New Orleans (MSY) or Mobile (MOB). You can also take the Amtrak from New Orleans or Mobile directly to Biloxi. Two trains per day. A vehicle is not necessary but may be desired. If you don't have a vehicle, Biloxi has both UBER and Lyft. AMENITIES Essentials (enough for 3 days) Fully equipped kitchen. GUEST ACCESS Guests have access to the entire main house. One door remains locked at all times. There is a separate guest house in the back yard. It may be occupied by other guests. GUEST INTERACTION We live in town and are available if needed. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to help during your stay. For your convenience, our contact information is on the welcome letter once you arrive. HOUSE RULES Treat this home as your own. Guests are expected to follow our rules, and can be removed if they cause issues. No smoking, vaping, or e cigarettes allowed. No pets allowed. Maximum 6 guests only. Absolutely no unauthorized overnight guests. CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS The entrance to the home has a keypad. We will provide the code (4 digits) for keypad on the day of your arrival. The keypad is located on the door UNDER the CARPORT. Type in the code and turn the deadbolt. For guests arriving late, the keypad is lighted, and the flood light will turn on as you approach the door. To lock as you come and go, press the LOGO on the keypad and turn the deadbolt to the lock position. Once inside there is a welcome letter with the WIFI password and other instructions and other important information like when to take out the garbage bins. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS Log out of any online accounts. Close all windows. Lock all doors. We will take care of everything else. PARKING There is enough parking for two vehicles. One under the carport. ONLY park in the driveway. Overnight street parking is prohibited. GARBAGE AND RECYCLING The bins are located next the garage. Service is on Friday. Bring the bins to the curb on Thursday night. SMART TVs Smart TVs are located in the living room and two of the three bedrooms. CANCELLATION POLICY Security deposit will be refunded upon completion of lease (less any damage) within 14 days - otherwise it is non-refundable. See lease terms for more information. GUEST SAFETY Security cameras/audio recording devices outside. Carbon monoxide alarm. Smoke alarm. First Aid kit. Must climb 4 stairs. Unsuitable for children 2-12. OTHER/MISC You will hear the train several time a day - and sometimes at night. You may hear large airplanes flying over the house as the Airforce base is just blocks away. This house is in a hurricane zone. Pay attention to emergency information and alerts. We reserve the right to request you evacuate at any point during your stay. Cockroaches, lizards, and other insects are common in the south. The house is sprayed for bugs and termites, but they still may find their way in the house. Monthly rate is for 6 guests. If there are MORE than 6 guests, please contact us for more information. No smoking, vaping, or e cigarettes allowed. No pets allowed. BOOKING & PAYMENT INFORMATION All guests over 18 years of age are required to submit a valid ID and sign a lease. Taxes and fees are included in the monthly rent. Security deposit required. Payments can be made via VENMO, PayPal, CashApp, or Zelle. The booking is NOT confirmed until all ID's are received, lease is signed, and security deposit has been received. Security deposit will be refunded upon completion of lease (less any damage) within 14 days - otherwise it is non-refundable. A $200 charge is due with the first month's rent to cover cleaning at the end of the lease.
