    This is an EXCELLENT location and should sell at a premium because of the superb MCT Trail System that the property borders. Vacant land located on west side of Blackburn Road, just North of Pin Oak road. Property borders Nickel Plate MCT trail on it's North side. Northeast-Central County Public Water is located just across MCT Nickel Plate, trail and bike path. Property for sale in this area is very rare. Were I younger, I wouldn't even consider selling. As investments go, you can't eat stocks, bonds or precious metals and cash in the bank isn't paying anything. They're not making any more farmland. With this property you can have your cake and eat it too. Build your dream home , have a garden or a few animals or divide the acreage and spin off a 5 acre parcel and have the rest to yourself. If you are serious, I will consider dividing the property into two 6.2 acre parcels. The price reflects ONE 6.2 acre parcel. Price reduced and will be listed with a realtor after 09/18 and will be removed from this listing. Property is currently available for immediate possession as crops have been harvested.
