It is a two family house close to the Garden State Parkway exit and Bloomfield Train station. 15 minutes walk to the Bloomfield center and 30 minutes to NYC by train. It is quiet neighborhood decorated with trees around the house. Owner pays for water, Tenant pays for gas and electric. No pets but we are open to work something out with Tenant with small dogs. Tenant is required to pay a month and a half deposit. Tenant is responsible to shovel snow at the immediate area (front and back of the house).
