You have your own entrance, parking, and full reign of the space. You will enter the home using a door equipped with keyless entry (code provided before check in) which adds ease and flexibility to check in and check out. Interaction You are welcome to contact us with questions should anything come up during your stay we are not far away.. but we do not interact directly with guests unless it's necessary. We make sure you feel like you're in your home-away-from-home, free of intrusion. Other things to note HOUSE RULES: No Smoking Inside, NO PARTIES. No Gatherings or No Unregistered guests. Please indicate the number of guests prior to booking. Be kind to the neighbors. Do NOT block their parking spots/driveways. If you BREAK THE NO PARTY RULE, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your rent. We have the right to assess a $2000 fine if these rules are violated. Cancellation Policy: Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 15 days before your arrival. Getting Around -If you're not bringing your car we have ample parking. Uber/Lyft are your very accessible. Owner pays for wifi, water, gas and electric. NO smoking allowed. $1,000 fine for smoking in the property. Dogs are allowed. There is a $50 fee for one dog and $100 for two dogs Length of stay is negotiable upon tenants needs.
