Home can be rented furnished or unfurnished. Regardless of furnishings, it will include a propane BBQ, TVs in the living room and master bedroom, washer/dryer in home, and gas fireplaces. The home's "great room" boasts 17 foot high ceilings and 15 windows, to give it a nice, open, airy, and spacious feel. Windows also have remote controlled blinds for ease. The loft has a very comfortable full size futon bed with a thick mattress. Living room and dining room are both equipped with gas fireplaces, controlled by remote. House is fully furnished and stocked. Home can also be rented unfurnished. All utilities, and gardener included in monthly rent. *Any water bill in excess of $250/month is owed by tenant.
