Integrity and maintaining agreements are important to the living arrangement. TERMS: We require a signed Resident Agreement. Residency Terms are 6 month, 12 months or Longterm. We do not rent month to month. 30 day notice is required AFTER the term period. Rent is 800/mo. Utilities and internet are included in rent payment. There are no hidden fees. Rent is due on the 1st. 1250 deposit. No rent is due for the final month. The deposit pays it, if proper notice is given. 100 cleaning fee is non-refundable (included in deposit).
