We're a small family of 3 with a 4-year-old, and we're offering 3 private bedrooms in our beautiful, clean, and comfortable Bothell home for 6 month stay. With a renewal option. We travel frequently and will be away for much of the rental period, so the home will often be quiet and offer plenty of privacy. Great location close to UW Bothell, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, parks, and major commuting routes. Roommate Options: Rent one private room as an individual A couple/family can potentially rent all 3 rooms (we can talk rent separately in this case) The restroom/bathroom will be shared among the occupants of the 3 rooms Shared kitchen, living room, and other common areas We're looking for clean, responsible, respectful, and considerate roommates who will treat our home with care.
