Twenty minute drive to the University of Maryland in College Park, Bowie State University, four blocks from University of Maryland Capital Region Medical Center, blue line Metro and Shops. Ten minute drive to Prince George's Community College. Pool, Tennis Court and walking paths are a few included amenities of this property. One, three, six and twelve month leases are available. This room is non-smoking, single occupancy. Visitors must be accompanied by tenant while on the property. Keyless entry Property has a full kitchen, two full baths, two half baths, two living rooms, onsite laundry room and a deck. - No items are to be stored in the common shared areas with the exception of the kitchen and laundry room. - Each roommate after cooking must clean up immediately after themselves. - Trash and recycled are to be emptied into the large trashcans at the back of the house. - Large Trash containers with cumulative trash must be put out every Monday evening for trash collection on .Tuesday- Each roommate must clean their portion of the refrigerator and cabinet storage shelves at least once a month. - Cleaning Fee of $125 will be assessed at the end of each lease and withdrawn from the security deposit - No rice cookers, deep fryers, or crockpots are allowed to be stored on the counter. Only coffee or tea makers. - All appliances outside of coffee or teamakers must be clean, unplugged and stored in designated area after usage. - No outside shoes are to be worn after entering the house. - Each roommate must have house only shoes in designated area. - No smoking of any kind in the house or within ten feet of the property. - If roommate smokes, he/she should spray clothes with Febreeze or equivalent upon entering the property. - One overnight guest is allowed no more than three days per month but not consecutive days that lead into the next month. - No guest of any roommate can stay on the property without the hosting roommate being present. - Violation of the house rules is grounds for immediate termination of the lease and eviction with no refund of security deposit. - Month to Month renters must notify the Landlord by the 20th of each month if they are renewing for the next month. The landlord will assume total vacating of the premises has occurred if not notified and will mark the room as available for rent on the 1st of the month. - Any roommate is responsible for the $125 American Home shield fee if they break anything on the property that is not from routine wear of the property. - Roommate will abide by all Homeowner Association Rules and Regulations while in and outside the property. - No parties are allowed on premises without prior written approval.
