Hoping to find another woman to room with - the house comprises of myself, another female roommate & my two large dogs. Not accepting additional pets. $900 a month (this includes utilities, wifi, lawn service, etc.) on a month-to-month lease for a large room in a big house, shared bathroom with my other roommate. $300 security deposit, refundable. Comes furnished. Washer/dryer, major appliances are available in this 4 bed, 2.5 bath, 2-story home. Shared bathroom with the other roommate, washer/dryer available as well as plenty of cabinet space. We're within 5 mins of the Brandon mall, several grocery stores & retail outlets (but tucked away from traffic!) we're about a 15 min drive from ybor, and about a 25 min drive to downtown Tampa/HCC as well as USF. If you have questions please feel free to ask! Lease is a month to month, requires 30 day notice. No smoking allowed inside the home, keep shared spaces clean and respect others belongings.
