With over 4500 square feet of upgraded everything, this home has the recipe required for creating unforgettable memories with luxury, comfort, and style. The interior of this spacious home has been fully upgraded with new appliances and a modern design built for any setting. A few highlights of the home include: 14 beds with enough room to easily accommodate over 22 people, a large master bedroom with a personal entrance to the in-home gym, and large family gathering spaces throughout the house so that everyone can enjoy and feel right at home. Plenty of fun for all ages, as the home also includes a pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, and plenty of tv’s including a large home theatre setup with a fireplace. We would like to relieve some anxiety by ensuring our guests on how we are taking every necessary precaution during this COVID pandemic. This consists of the house being cleaned and sanitized after every guest stay using CDC guidelines. We use premier germ/virus disinfecting agents and sanitizers and our towels, bedding, and sheets are replaced after each guest. Our home is located right next to Tampa, Florida where the number cases is low. Many eateries, bars, and local attractions are allowing guests at limited capacities and all nearby beaches and parks are open to the public as well. We want to put your mind at ease when choosing to stay with us. As our guests, you will enjoy full access to the house for you and all your APPROVED guests. We also provide an easy self-check-in with an option for a personal walkthrough check-in with the host if needed. Host will be available during the preferred check in time (4pm-7pm). We also offer 24/7 online customer service via email and the host is also available for any assistance or questions via phone or text. This quiet neighborhood is located in a safe, family centered area that offers a stunning ambiance where a stroll, at any time of the day is both appealing and alluring. Our home offers maximum convenience as it is located only 1.5 miles away from grocery stores, a huge mall, and a variety of restaurants and bars. Ride share services such as Uber and Lyft will be quite affordable as all services are in close proximity to the house. Major highways such as I-75, I-4, and I-275 are right around the corner making it an ideal location.
