Kitchen is equipped with flatware, silverware, glasses, pot/pans, cooking utensils (if not desired or needed, can be removed). House built in 1981. Private pond for swimming. Terraced yard with stone walls (not recommended for families with young children). Parking for four cars (one garage space). The ultimate in privacy. Pet-friendly. Up to 2 small and medium dog(s) less than 35lbs. or cats considered. Two miles on dirt roads from the main road (US Rt. 4). $3,000/month (includes propane for cooktop and dryer, internet, base electricity [$125 mo. covered by Landlord for hot water, washing machine, basic fees], snow removal, and landscaping).
