We love our neighbors, and it's great for families with kids - walking distance to multiple playgrounds, libraries. Good for commuting into city given walking distance to 2 train stations. Also, I love the open layout on the main floor - can keep an eye on the boys when I'm cooking

I agree with Sandra. This is a perfect location for young families - 3 libraries within walking distance, multiple playgrounds, the Bronx river park, a very ease commute to the city with more frequent trains than most Westchester towns, walkable distance to the center of town, multiple young families who are great neighbors, quiet block, outdoor space for enjoying outside as a family and kids and for gardening.

The tall ceilings, the front room got so much sunlight - it was so easy to keep track of the kids because they loved to play in that room. They still talk about it. That room has seen so much joy! There was tons of storage. The mud room - ugh, I miss that. The stairs were beautiful. The big shower could fit me and two kids. That nook at the top of the stairs was a perfect place to show a piece of art that was important to us - now in storage because we don't have a private space large enough for it. The little nook outside the two smaller rooms was where we did stories and puzzles and I did airplane with the kids. So many good memories.
