This is a nice place that is just a short walk to Coolidge Corner. This 3rd floor apartment has great light and nice hardwood floors. Heat and hot water are included with the rent There is laundry in the building. The kitchen is eat in and even has a dishwasher. The bathroom is clean and tiled. There is pretty good closet space as well. The apartment also has a nice big living room and a small back porch(shared) to hang out on after a long day at the office.
