Also nearby Sandwich, Falmouth and the rest of the cape. Outside: A beautiful outdoor deck with a couch, futon, table and grill. It's raised a bit so you're eye level to some trees; which feels like you're sitting in a treehouse. Perfect for a lazy morning coffee, afternoon nap, or bbq! A very private large outdoor shower is at the corner of the deck. Fully equipped. And relaxing even on those chilly days in the fall and spring. The best way to shower, in my book. For sleeping: The main bedroom is curtained off and down a step. The living area has a queen size pullout and one twin size pullout for guests. Parking in front fits one car. Note the parking is on dirt ground and a little uneven at the moment. And then overflow spots are available a minute walk from the cottage. Rent price includes all utilities and is fully furnished. Heating is provided via two new mini splits. Owner pays for water, electricity and heat, and WiFi. Length of lease term is negotiable but looking for November - May. No more than two renters given the size of the space. But there are pullout couches for the occasional guest. No pets.
