As steward of the aina for the past 20+ years, I have put love and care into creating, growing and cultivating organic food and sustainable living. Our water source is 100% rainwater catchment Cabin is 100% solar Extra costco carport for storage if you desire. *Serene 13+ acre organic avocado and macnut farm with an abundance of tropical fruit trees, veggies, herbs, flowers & berries. *Perfect year-round climate, at 1600 ft. above sea level on the side of Mauna Loa Volcano *The farm is a working organic farm, therefore farm work may be occurring during your stay, but again, your privacy is fully respected. $1600/month for 1-2 people plus Hawaii state sales tax. This is a solar cabin . You will need to purchase propane for stove and hot water. Verizon works pretty good here.. you will need a hotspot for internet service. Security Deposit of $1600.
