The Del Mar Thoroughbred Race track is approximately 2.5 miles away. The property is a free standing 2,500 s.f. house, 2 story house within the Seaside Cardiff residential community. Seaside Cardiff is conveniently located less than 1/4 mile off I-5, and has a beautiful pool and spa that is private for the 44 home community. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms in the home. The 3rd bedroom will be used as an owner lock-out, and not part of the rental. So, the property to be rented would be a 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath home, approximately 2,300 s.f.
