This home is unfurnished, but with brand new kitchen appliances, a refrigerator/freezer, a gas stove/oven, and a microwave. The kitchen has been remodeled and has brand new cabinets, new stainless steel sink, new stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, new stainless steel stove and microwave, and all new tiling. Fresh paint has been applied to all rooms inside the house. Our home is 1212 square feet. It is an older home in a quiet "blue collar" neighborhood. Two of the bedrooms are 10x11ft. The third bedroom is small (6 1/2 x 9ft) and can sleep one person. Our bathroom is 5 x 7 ft. and has all the necessities; bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet. There is only one bedroom that has a window AC unit, the rest of the home does not have air conditioning. There is off-street parking in the driveway for one vehicle.
