Purchase your own electric fry pan and electric sauce pans to achieve stovetop-like cooking (no portable electric burners allowed.) Owner pays all utilities except cable tv/internet. Tenant must have a separate mailbox service for mail and Amazon or other deliveries. Amazon and others cannot use the physical address for any deliveries except furniture. On-street parking only. This home is close to the best of all south Carson shopping with easy highway access to I-580 and Hwy 50. Please no smoking, no parties, no drugs, including marijuana, and no overnight guests unless pre-approved.
