The rooms is on the top floor of the house and most (4) of the other people are on the first floor . The ROOM is $950 per month. The bathroom and full size fridge is shared between 3 people. We have a cleaning services that comes out to clean your room( If you want , she will make your bed and everything) , all common spaces and all bathrooms every 2 weeks. All utilities are included in the rent. No pets allowed except ones in a cage. No dogs or cats allowed but you need to be ok with them because they are in the house. They do not need to be in your space but they are in designated spaces in the house. You will have full access to all the common spaces including the kitchen, laundry area, game room, dinning room, 2 patios one with a fire pit and seating and other with a outdoor table and chairs and outdoor cooking area ( we like to barbecue) , family room and vegetable garden.
