    Located 7 miles from Batesville and just 9 miles from I-55, this tract is on the corner of Whitten Road and Chapel Town Road. The timber has previously been harvested, but there are still some good-sized hickory, tulip poplar, honey locust, and cedar scattered around the property. The land has been surveyed with corners marked and has a gravel entrance on the south end of the property on Chapel Town Road. There's also a trail that goes in to the center of the tract. Covered in deer, there are tracks and rubs all over. There's also a good population of turkeys in the area so there's good potential here. With over 1,300 feet of paved frontage on Chapel Town Road, there's plenty of opportunity. Utilities are available, and this is an ideal location for a cabin or home, but the terrain is hilly and dirt work would be needed. However, with fewer big trees on the property, the clearing and excavation would be much more manageable for preparing a building site. The tract is surrounded by larger land owners offering privacy and security along with added support for wildlife.
