Private parking space near the cottage.
Owner's main residence is roughly 150 away. Looking for quiet grad student or similar.
Owner provides grounds maintenance, snow plowing, water, septic and trash removal. Tenant pays for propane as necessary, internet and electric.
First and last months rent as security deposit.
