Even without the upgrades, the features of the home include vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors throughout, ceiling fans, heated bathroom floor in the primary bedroom suite. No smoking indoors, but as long as you dispose of your butts respectfully, there are no objections to smoking outside. Lease will come with one parking pass. While we don't mind dogs, they are not allowed on the furniture and we will hold you responsible for any damage that they do.
