It is 5 minutes away from Crozet and is set between Ivy & Crozet on a historic School Marm's property:) It is close to UVa, Downtime Pedestrian Mall, shops and 5 minutes from Crozet (coffee shops (Mudhouse! (local fav!), restaurants, hiking), plus Vineyards, reservoir (5 min), skiing (20min). Great place to live- people are very happy in the Cottage:) An immediate move-in date is ideal as the cottage is ready although open to a June 1 start date coupled with a 12 month lease. Will also consider a short term bridge lease from now until end of May. All utilities are already connected including fiber optic internet (except for cable tv.) Water, garbage and recycling are provided with rent; renter pays electricity and internet monthly. Non Smoking. Parking available on gravel parking area. Pet deposit and references required. Non returnable pet deposit is required per pet or choice of small monthly rent increase (appx $25 per depending on pet references / age of pet).
