I've lived here for 3 years and I would keep living here if I weren't leaving Chicago! I have a summary of the space, below, but it's perfect for a roommate situation, for a couple, and has great spaces for anyone working from home. About this space: - 2 bedrooms (both can comfortably accommodate a king sized bed + furniture like a dresser or desk) - 1 bathroom (updated shower) - updated kitchen (gas stove, garbage disposal, and dishwasher) - Central HVAC (AC and heat) - In-Unit washer and dryer - Huge living room space (10x20 feet) with a TON of light. We've used this space for working and as our living room - Dog / Cat friendly (no restrictions) ($50 monthly pet rent) - tenant pays for gas/electricity - FREE RCN wifi (you just need to call and set it up) - The building is pretty quiet and the management company is helpful when you reach out. They are super friendly, responsive, and don't hover! - Non-permitted street parking (I almost never have any issues finding a spot on the street) - The apartment is on a quiet street near Wicker Park, just steps away from Division and Rainbo Club! - In the last few years, our rent has increased by less than $100. You can pick up our lease at $2500, with the option to renew in August! (This apartment would otherwise be listed at $2600 or 2700, I think!)
