No annoying footsteps to worry about :) - Argyle redline stop is a block away (plenty of buses close by too! 2ish min walk to many) - 5-10 min walk to the lakefront (Foster beach and Montrose dog beach) - 5-10 minute walk from Andersonville restaurants/bars - 2 min walk from all of the delicious restaurants on Argyle street - Closet space in each room, coat closet when you walk in, closet by restroom for toiletries) - Smart thermostat(Nest) - Central air/heat If anyone has any questions Im happy to text/call them.
