About three blocks away from the lake from and beach, and a few steps from lots of restaurants and bars in uptown. The building has 3 floors, the apartment is on the entire third floor. The apartment is big, it has 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, living and dinning rooms are separate, kitchen, and laundry machines in the basement. I usually work/travel a lot and barely stay home except for weekends and nights. I am looking for someone similar, absolutely NO drugs, drinks are ok, not looking for a party maniac but still fun to hang out with, must be CLEAN and organized(even inside your own bedroom), responsible, non smoker, and respectful.
