No smokers, please. Rent is $2,400/month and INCLUDES UTILITIES (central AC, gas, water, wifi) and access to the shared washer/dryer*. Can be available as soon as May 17 and available until September 17 (dates negotiable, but looking for renters for at least 3 months). Two bedroom, one bath, 1,500+ square feet, hardwood floors throughout. One bedroom has a full-sized bed, dresser, and closet, and the other has two twin beds, two dressers, and two closets, so this can comfortably have 3 students. I am in the midst of moving things around a bit, so the photos show a few things not in place yet-they will be by next week. What the apartment has: Sofa with ottoman Dining room table and chairs for 4 Beds, nightstands, dressers Kitchen table and chairs for 2 Refrigerator, stove Dishware for 4 (plates, bowls, glasses, cups) Basic kitchenware (silverware, utensils) -Street parking is permit parking from 3-10pm. For the summer, it's not worth getting a permit, as just down the block is available. So you can unload groceries in front of the house no problem, and then move the car down the block.
